[Bug 701659] [NEW] intel_ips causes loadavg to be stuck at >=1.0

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel
intel_ips causes loadavg to be stuck at >=1.0
When I run "ps", it shows intel_ips in the "D" state always.
loadavg is ok again when I remove this module.
