Binary package hint: xorg

Desktop freezes randomly not kernel. However I need Alt + SysRq "RSEIUB" to boot the system again. I don't have a second PC to make ssh connection (it should work, as X server has crashed) and serach the logs or restart the X server.
What I have done:
1. I have disable compiz effects, still happens.
2. I have "removed" flash player, still happens.
3. I have not tested nvidia open source drivers as I need 3D acceleration.

The only error I have from message.log is "NVRM: os_pci_init_handle:
invalid context!"  many times (could be 200 or 300 times) before X
server crashes.

I have this problem the last 3 months now but it is happening lately
often and more often. Sometimes I think it is a hardware problem
although memtest completes without errors. Any other way to test
Nvidia's RAM ?
