[Bug 398162] [NEW] Nvdia proprietary drivers crash X randomly on T61
Public bug reported:
Using Nvidia version 177 proprietary drivers on Lenovo T61 ThinkPad with
Intrepid.
>From time to time, seems like after a few minutes not being used, then
press a key or move mouse (just seems like that, might be a red
herring!), screen goes black, and a text screen appears with stack trace
information (attached as photo).
X then reboots in some weird lo-res mode and offers a menu of how to
reconfigure / carry on.
Note I'm not using the 180 (most recent) Nvidia drivers, as they don't
work with resume from suspend.
