Message #10762
[Bug 398183] [NEW] intel driver seems to have lost tv output quirk
Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel
My Notebook (Dell Latitude X1) does not have a TV output. Nevertheless,
xrandr shows
VGA1 connected 800x600+0+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 519mm x 324mm
[...]
LVDS1 connected 800x600+0+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 264mm x 159mm
[...]
TV1 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)
On previous Ubuntu versions, the intel driver contained a quirk to not
show TV output for several notebooks. There seems to be something wrong
with the quirk.
