[Bug 722914] [NEW] xorg apport hook shouldn't ask to attach gdm log files if they don't exist

In the case that you don't use GDM as your login manager or didn't have
to use failsave X yet /var/log/gdm doesn't exist, so if you get a
message like

*** Your gdm log files may help developers diagnose the bug, but may
contain sensitive information.  Do you want to include these logs in
your bug report?

once. The hook should make sure that there is something it can attach
before asking the user to attach it.
