[Bug 728696] [NEW] When the global grail gesture flag is used, the event window id is always set to the root window

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-input-evdev

uTouch gesture events have a root, event, and child window. When the
global gesture flag is set, the event window is always set to the root
window instead of the correct event window.
