Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-ati

I use s-video to conect  TV. 
This problem exists from Ubuntu 10.04 (not shure, but ... long time ago) I was search launchpad.net from solution and found bug report for this problem, the bug was open, and patch was writen. The autor of patch, asking the guy that report this bug - Is this work? But no answer. I found the kernel with this patch in kernel ppa http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/  and for me the bug was fixed. This is the kernel that work fine for me

I thought that the patch is now official and will haven't more problems, but ... now in 10.10 the problem still exist. I lost the old bug report, and start new one. Pleace excuse that :(
