[Bug 750440] [NEW] redrawing issues after resolution change

Performing weekly test with proprietary Video Driver.

Hardware: nVidia GeForce 8600 GTS. Trying to change resolution result in
redrawing issues. Attaching a screenshot.

Warning: previous week, this testcase was working perfectly, this is an one week regression!
