Message #11720
[Bug 400697] [NEW] Cannot disable touchpad buttons
Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-input-synaptics
I'd like to be able to disable the mouse buttons on the touchpad, and
use tap-to-click instead.
xinput set-int-prop "SynPS/2 Synaptics TouchPad" "Synaptics Click
Action" 8 0 0 0
Did not work; it changed the property, but the buttons still functioned.
(Dell Mini 10v)
