Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xorg

The titles of windows do not update until another window takes focus, or
until the window is minimized/restored, or until the window is resized.

This is particularly noticeable when switching tabs in Firefox, or when
opening a new document (from a new session of) LibreOffice.

The problem here occurs on 'Ubuntu 11.04' on a 32-bit architecture - but
that's in the debug info anyway, along with the version of x.org.
