This is not an important bug report but...  a user can't understand why he get always kdm screen instead to login 
when your home is full 

ho to get the issue :

Try to login if you have 0 mb free in your home  ,you will be propted to
kdm or gdm  for ever

if you click on console login , you will see , loggin and after running
startx

xinit giving up unable to connect to X server connection refused


from kdm log

 KSystemTimeZones: ktimezoned initialize() D-Bus call failed:  "Not
connected to D-Bus server"

this is bad because user can't understand that there is not free space
only

you can get that running ubuntu-bug xorg , that print your home is full
or something like that ...
