[Bug 403844] [NEW] privative driver of ati 3200 on a hp 1220 us can not be installed

hi,
when I trying to install the privative hardware driver fglrx for my ati radeon 3200, there was a problem installing the package, previosly I installed other driver, and it seem work correctly but is not on the list of privative drivers.
Im using ubuntu intrepid 8.10 and mi computer is a laptop, hp pavilion dv4 1220 us.
