Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-input-evdev

I had to modify the xorg.conf and the change in the release notes was
quite subtle.

You should have created an option in a dialog box (i.e. MOUSE SETTINGS)
to re-enable this functionality without having to pull up a text editor.
