[Bug 776322] [NEW] Switch to "dual monitor" causes second screen to show garbage.
Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: xorg
I'm upgrading to natty. I'm currently logged in as "try ubuntu" from the CD.
As I have dual monitors, I found "monitors" to configure my monitors. I unclicked "mirror" or whatever it's called, and got shown garbage on the second screen. It asked me if this was ok, so I answered "yes", hoping it would "fix itself" afterwards. And indeed it did!
So... Only DURING the question: "Does this look ok to you?" is the
screen garbled. (it shows remnants of what was on the sreen, but mostly
garbage...)
I have a ATI Technologies Inc RV620 LE [Radeon HD 3450]
