Binary package hint: xorg

When rotating the screen using "xrandr -o left | right", roughly the top 3rd of the screen stays black and applications cannot draw to that part of the screen. Exceptions are the Unity dock, search menu, and notification bar, which can draw without issue. Since nothing else draws to that part of the screen, anything those three draws just stays there. For example, when I open the dock and then close it, the dock image stays on the top 3rd of the screen. The issue disappears when the screen is rotated to normal or inverted using "xrandr -r normal | inverted".
