[Bug 797062] [NEW] Can't click with the mouse in a certain area on the screen

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-input-mouse

The mouse can't click on any items in an about 60px bound on the left
screen. If there's a link in the browser it doesn't change the cursor to
be a pointer hand, and if I open any applications, like putty on top,
and I want to click on a menu item on the left side, I can't until I
move that item out of the "dead" zone:) Seemingly it works on the other
external screen.
