Message #133190
[Bug 802205] [NEW] Xorg process using 100% cpu, no vt switching.
Public bug reported:
Software xubuntu 11.10 updated as of 26/06/2011.
Hardware Amd64 turion X2 with Radeon HD3200 graphics.
Problem description:
The Xorg process starts using 100% of cpu randomly.
When this happens the system still works fine except that virtual terminal switching is not possible and when killing the xorg process the screen does not get refreshed.
I don't know if the problem is the xorg-server, the radeon driver or the kms. I'll will help in finding it out.
** Affects: xorg-server (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
