[Bug 803064] [NEW] 3D acceleration not enabled for radeon 5650 using open source ATI driver

3D acceleration is not enabled for ATI Radeon HD 5650 graphics
accelerator when using open source ATI driver even after purging and re-
installing proprietary driver according to instructions in
