[Bug 808795] [NEW] if numlock enabled and screensaver / password pops up, numlock cannot be un-abled

Public bug reported:

I was working on something, pressed Fn-NmLk on my Lenovo, and walked
away. When I got back, the screensaver / password protection had kicked
in. The numlock was still active and could not be disabled. So I could
not log back on.
