Major problems with the launcher bar on the side - I cannot recreate but
randomnly it will get stuck and refuse to move, even if you click in it.
Also when I login to my office from home, sometimes the launcher bar
cannot launch - this is because it is stuck behind my remote login
window. These are fundamental flaws which should not occur. I have to
sometimes restart due to this.
