[Bug 777605] [NEW] windows are displayed with stripes and missing text/icons except I logging in Ubuntu classic without visual effects

The first time I log in to Ubuntu default environment I see screen defects like if I had some cable integrity problems. Everything I could do is leaving the session by touch and changing to Ubuntu classic without visual effects. This happed even after I installed proprietary NVidia graphics driver.
What other info should I produce here?
