[Bug 842739] [NEW] nouveau knernel modules loaded infavor of nvidia modules

Public bug reported:

On Oneiric, after upgrading from Natty, the Nouveau kernel modules are
loaded in favor of the Nvidia third-party modules. The _only_ way that I
was able to get the Nvidia modules to load was to remove the Nouveau
moduels -- blacklisting them in /etc/modprobe.d did not fix the problem.
