[Bug 863459] [NEW] Really bad artifacting on Lenovo S10 after upgrade to Oneiric

Public bug reported:

I just finished upgrading my Lenovo S10 netbook from Natty to Oneiric.
Immediately after logging in, I noticed really bad artifacting on the
desktop. I'm attaching a screen shot showing what I am seeing.

This was not an issue with Natty, it's only occurred since the upgrade.
