[Bug 880728] [NEW] Moving windows results in erratic behaviour

1) lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 11.10

2) ???
3) Grapping a Window with the mouse (or Keybord) and moving at close to
the edges of the desktop should place it at the desktop (snapping-
windows)
4) The behaviour seems to be erratic. It is nearly impossile to place a
window where it belongs.
