Sometimes after opening a lot of programs and running a lot of
processes, the mouse stops moving for 2-3 seconds, then window manager
shuts down and restarts again, then starts to iterate this infinitely.

Other terminals are working, the running programs are not stopping, and
can be seen, blinking, during the window manager starting. I cannot stop
it (I'm not a Linux expert) and in the end, I solve the problem by
restarting the computer.

This bug occurred up until now about 3-4 times, it's about every 3-4
week that I experience this problem.
