Yes, I've been using Oneiric since it was in Beta, and it still had some of
these issues. When I was using Unity + Compiz, I would still get some of
the stuttering and tearing. But now that I've switched to Gnome-Shell +
Mutter, things have been working great. So I think the bugs lie with
Compiz, not the driver.
