Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. Please execute the following command in a terminal after
reproducing the issue, and it it will automatically gather debugging
information needed for this bug:

  apport-collect 818537

The theme you link to is the stock GNOME theme, which is the default if
Unity either crashes or fails to load the proper theme.  I'm re-filing
to unity for further analysis.

Are you able to reproduce this bug on Oneiric?
