[Bug 818537] [NEW] Interface loads with strange theme
Public bug reported:
Sometimes (difficult to estimate, possibly 1 on 20 times) the interface
loads with a strage theme, which is much "simpler".
As a reference, I can say it's something resembling this:

Logging out and in works the problem around.
