[Bug 305762] Re: sysrq does not work inside Intrepid's Xorg with event interface
This doesn't work in Jaunty for me. The key commands works in the system console.
System informations placed in bug 412097. I use a Dell Inspiron 6400 notebook.
"xev" output of pressing alt + prnt (sys-rq):
KeyPress event, serial 35, synthetic NO, window 0x4000001,
root 0xab, subw 0x0, time 4840031, (160,113), root:(167,166),
state 0x0, keycode 64 (keysym 0xffe9, Alt_L), same_screen YES,
XLookupString gives 0 bytes:
XmbLookupString gives 0 bytes:
XFilterEvent returns: False
KeyPress event, serial 35, synthetic NO, window 0x4000001,

state 0x8, keycode 107 (keysym 0xff15, Sys_Req), same_screen YES,

How can I do the workaround (using another interface)?
