This bug is very old now (since Jaunty has been released). Apparently it comes from Xinerama, I searched for a fix every day, still nothing :(

Sometimes, even when there is no application starting, the cursor is
visible on a screen and acts on the other one. And I have to kill X to
make this bug stop (it happens to me about 10 times/week)


If someone now how to fix it...
