Message #19592
[Bug 414749] Re: Touchscreen fires incorrect events when moving fast
** Description changed:
When I press a finger onto my touch screen (Dell Latitude 2100) on the
Desktop background and moving it around fast (especially down fast), the
context menu pops up. Using Karmic.
Xev shows a
ButtonPress event, serial 32, synthetic NO, window 0x4000001,
root 0xff, subw 0x0, time 1900807, (73,116), root:(664,166),
state 0x0, button 3, same_screen YES
when that happens and some MotionNotifies later a
ButtonRelease event, serial 32, synthetic NO, window 0x4000001,
root 0xff, subw 0x0, time 1901664, (90,77), root:(681,127),
state 0x400, button 3, same_screen YES
Are there any hidden touch screen guestures I do not know about or is
this a bug?
