[Bug 428636] [NEW] refresh rate too low - max 60 mhz

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: x11-xserver-utils

This bug has been filed by system testing. I don't know if this is the
correct package. I've already filed it against nvidia.

Maximum refresh rate is 60 Mhz which makes the system uncomfortable to
use. Just upgraded from jaunty to karmic.
