I confirm the error.
I can not enter Russian characters in adobe flash applications from www.vkontakte.ru
When you enter two characters at once. Very similar to the picture that put the user SKYDOS. From searching the internet I realized that this is a very old problem, which is why Adobe does not want to solve.
