[Bug 446316] [NEW] Second logout leads to Xorg crashing

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-openchrome

Distro version
Description:	Ubuntu 9.04
Release:	9.04
Package version
xserver-xorg-video-openchrome:
  Installed: 1:0.2.903+svn713-1ubuntu1
  Candidate: 1:0.2.903+svn713-1ubuntu1
  Version table:
 *** 1:0.2.903+svn713-1ubuntu1 0
        500 http://hk.archive.ubuntu.com jaunty/main Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

Instead of a kdm login screen, I got a blank screen and no response to
the keyboard or the mouse upon attempting to logout the second time.
This is reproducible each time. Boot up, logon, logout, logon, logout,
ssh into box to send kdm a HUP signal, repeat logon/logout.

Attaching kdm.log and a backtrace. svn800 openchrome driver also tried
with the same result.

** Affects: xserver-xorg-video-openchrome (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
