[Bug 446873] [NEW] [Dell Inc. Inspiron 1200] late resume failure

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel

Laptop fails to resume. It is related to the recent boot time errors reporing
 " render error detected, EIR: 0x00000010 "
 and " [drm:i915_driver_irq_handler] *ERROR* EIR stuck: 0x00000010, masking" .
Intel Xserver does not work anymore and VESA xserver comes up initially with a garbled screen. Rolling back intel xserver version does not help.

ProblemType: KernelOops
Annotation: This occured during a previous hibernate and prevented it from resuming properly. The resume processing hung very near the end and will have appeared to have completed normally.
