[Bug 454551] [NEW] Karmic: screen corrupted with ATI radeon driver
Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-ati
Hi,
I just tried Karmic beta live on my iMac.
As soon as the graphical boot appears, I noticed that the screen is
corrupted: it is like all the screen is vibrating, with small colored
lines going up and down.
I've taken a picture with my camera, so that you can clearly see what's
appening here.
Installing the closed drivers, makes the problem go away.
Let me know if you need any extra information!
Thanks and my best congrats for this new wonderful release!
