[Bug 454778] [NEW] Graphical cursor glitches with dual screen. (Whole system not just firefox)

Unusual graphical glitches with the cursor.

(Not just in firefox but anywhere near buttons and stuff)
Happens anywhere on both monitors, sometimes theres like bars on the
screen (invisible bars) and if the mouse goes through it, it gets all
smudged.
