I can confirm that this bug remains with the latest karmic and fglrx. 
IS ANYBODY READING THIS THREAD ??

I am wholehearted by ubuntu and Karmic is perfect but I can't understand, that so much effort of the community is sent to hell just because of such stupid bug.
