[Bug 461821] [NEW] Dual screen on Intel 82915 stopped working after upgrade from Alpha 4

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel

I was happily running Ubuntu Karmic Alpha 4 with working dual-screen
setup. I had a quite unexpected crash on my machine and reinstalled
Ubuntu from Beta ISO image, then dist-upgraded to the most up to date
version.

My second screen is now black/blank with randomly blinking diagnostic
message "1: Analog Input - Cannot Display This Video Mode" produced by
the monitor.

This is the relevant part from my lspci -vv
