Public bug reported:

as the summary states, the package gives an error on my attempts to
upgrade with exit status 10.  It should be worth noting that no method
of initial installation worked except synaptic package manager.  not
restricted devices, not add/remove, and not building the driver from the
nvidia binarys (told me i was missing kernel modules)

also of note is the fact that the drivers still appear to be working.  I
still have 3d hardware acceleration, compiz still functions, etc.

my guess is that the RT kernel is being finicky again, and not accepting
the kernel modules for whatever reason.

I'll gladly supply more info if someone tells me what i need to show.
