[Bug 471749] [NEW] Silicon Integrated Systems [SiS] 661/741/760 PCI/AGP or 662/761Gx PCIE VGA Display Adapter fuzzy display error

Majority of the display looks fine, but in some places looks as though
it is trying to redraw tiny parts of other dialogs on top of the screen
in small vertical lines.
