[Bug 475554] [NEW] monitor(lg 1934)does not align correctly, unless i open a fullscreen window(ex.nautilus, firefox)and press the auto align button on the monitor

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xorg

When i log in my screen is not aligned.Imagine it is a wide screen(19'')
and when i login it auto aligns at 50 horizontal and 50 vertical which
leaves me a space at the bottom of the screen. Now,when i full screen a
window(ex firefox, nautilus etc)and then press the auto align button from
the monitor,it changes from 50 horizontal 50 vertical to 50 horizontal
42 vertical which is the right one,and the space is gone.
