I keep getting the "Session active, not inhibited, screen idle."
notification as described in

 http://blogs.gnome.org/hughsie/2009/8/17/gnome-power-manager-and-
blanking-removal-of-bodges/

so am notifying my distributor as requested :-)

I see some pending X updates in Update Manager but the Changes tab of
the description don't seem to address this issue. Ipm on an eeepc 901
(but bug upload should tell you that and other stuff).
