Binary package hint: xorg

If I issue "xset dpms force off" in a terminal (xfce session), the screen goes blank and the backlight turns off, just as intended. Sometimes though (ca.1 out of 10), the screen doesn't wake up again. The system seems to be locked up completely, because the following doesn't work:
 * Ctrl+Alt+Backspace
 * Ctrl+Alt+Fx
 * Alt+Sysrq+(rseiub)

Only turning off by holding the power button works.

AFAIR this problem didn't occur with older releases (jaunty and below).
