Hey guys,

I'm having the same issue with the same mouse (or similar - same HID) on
Ubuntu 9.04 x86.  I'd like to apply the patch to evdev but I'm not sure
how to do so - there's no evdev.c on this system.  Build-essentials is
not installed on this system.  the evdev.h files in the kernel headers
are blank.

Any directions you can point me toward?  I've done a little patching,
but it's been a while.
