[Bug 498518] [NEW] display failed twice

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xorg

Display went to glossy black yesterday and today. Open applications were
Wine, Thunderbird and Firefox. The display failed when clicking on a
local link within the website.

Also alt+f2 is not working. I used the terminal to collect the
attachment.
