Binary package hint: xorg

Often when I single click, it is registered as if I clicked twice. After
searching the internet I found several reports of this occurring in
previous versions of Ubuntu, but not in 9.10. I tried adding a line to
my xorg.conf as described in bug 196711, but that didn't help (I suppose
because of the new version with near-empty xorg.conf). I'll attach the
edited xorg.conf.
