You're running 9.10 but your dkms version is from 8.10 ( 2.0.20.4-0ubuntu2.1 ) and the file /usr/lib/dkms/common.postinst doesn't exists in this version. I don't know how you achieved doing so but mixing releases is not a good idea unless you really know what you're doing.

I'm closing this report because it is not a bug in Ubuntu. Don't
hesitate to submit any new bug.
