[Bug 525919] [NEW] Crash reported after trying to enable desktop effects

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel
Apport-GPU-error-intel.py keeps crashing and I can't even close the bug
reporter window on it.
I hope that intel gfx performance comes back up to scratch with Lucid.
