[Bug 527223] [NEW] no longer restores display after suspend/resume

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel

Since upgrading from Karmic, -intel no longer restores the display after
waking up from suspend.

A quick work-around seems to be to switch to a vcons e.g. CRTL+ALT+F1
and then switch back to tty7, where X is running.

Apport traceback attached.
